As a photographer, I am searching for ways to put myself in front of people and landscapes to capture compelling portraits and images that display a narrative of adventure and personality. Whether this comes from the person's expression or the way they hold themselves in the environment, it is always personal expression that makes the image.
There is a connection between humans and nature that isn’t embraced enough that draws me to select these environments to work in. I find a balance in nature that helps me connect to my imagery on a more conscious level than just acknowledging the image I have taken.

My film "Our Ocean" was used in the Surfer's Against Sewage - Pupil Power Assembly in November 2022, an assembly highlighting the importance of the ocean and the sewage devastation within.
